"I move that the Board Approve Wink-Loving ISD Annual Financial Audit as presented by Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert & Moss," Trustee Halterman said during the motion (motion seconded by Trustee Purcell).
The audit approval completes the board's regular oversight step for the fiscal year covered by the audit. No revisions to the motion were recorded and no dissenting votes were noted. The board did not record additional follow-up actions at the time of approval.
