Board approves monthly accounts, expenditures and engagement with BAIRD

The board then approved the monthly student activity accounts (motion by Doug Verdegan, seconded by Linda Zimmer) and later approved monthly expenditures and receipts; the expenditures motion (moved by Lana Nelson, seconded by Jennifer Heath) carried 6-1 with Doug Verdegan voting nay.
Board members also approved an engagement letter with BAIRD to provide services as described in the engagement document. Those financial approvals were recorded in the meeting minutes as part of routine business for the fiscal period.
