County staff present inventory audit showing 38 line items; some FEMA grant vehicles now county property

The county's insurance carrier, VFIS, covers the listed items and staff said the audit could add one or two additional items previously missed.
"As you can see, there's 38 line items on there...11 that you see with the letter c beside them are county owned," a staff member said, describing the inventory and the ongoing insurance review. Staff offered to leave copies for committee members and to follow up with any missing items discovered through the audit.
Committee members asked for the inventory list to be shared and for clarification about which items are covered under grants versus county property so budgeting and insurance records align.
