Multiple commenters urged moving Mossbrae Trail higher on the priority list and asked for financial transparency on dedicated funds associated with trail management. The council asked staff to color‑code the tracker for statutory deadlines, encumbered grant funding, and near‑term application windows (waterfall grants and CDBG timelines were noted).
