The Princeton ISD Board of Trustees approved its consent agenda at the May 18 regular meeting, President Carlos Cuellar said after calling the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Starla Sharpe moved to approve the consent agenda; John Campbell seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Consent items listed on the agenda included approval of minutes from the previous meeting, the April 2026 financial statements, hiring of personnel, supplemental instructional materials and purchase orders over $50,000. Later in the meeting, Cyndi Darland moved to approve all Campus Improvement Plans as presented; Duane Kelly seconded and that motion also passed unanimously.
