RFISD board amends Pre‑K policy to open full‑day seats to non‑on‑base active‑duty families

Trustee Robert Bornhauser moved to approve the edit, and Trustee Patrick Luna seconded. The motion carried 3–0. Board President pro tem Peter Duffy presided in the absence of the board president.
