Board approves hire and conference travel; notes teacher tenure and resignations

The superintendent's written report noted that teachers Christopher Brown and Kristen Donnelly reached tenure and that Heather Spagnol and Cheyln Welling submitted resignations; Welling is leaving to join the Nutrition Group as a director in training.
