Board recognizes staff members of the month and National Merit commendation

The Mason Consolidated Schools Board of Education recognized staff and student achievements during its Nov. 13 meeting.
Leski Wittman Insurance Agency-sponsored Staff Members of the Month were announced: Shawna Lucarelli, high-school mathematics teacher (September), and Todd Hodge, CTE construction trades teacher (October). The board also recognized 12th grader Zhuoran Cai as a Commended Student in the 2026 National Merit Scholarship Program and presented a Letter of Commendation; Zhuoran was awarded a $1,000 BCSN Spotlight Scholar scholarship and will be featured on BCSN Dec. 14–Jan. 4.
