The board approved the special meeting agenda on a motion by Trustee Javier Longoria, seconded by Trustee Daniel Garcia; the motion passed 6-0. The record shows the board did not move into a closed session. A motion to adjourn by Trustee Javier Longoria, seconded by Trustee Veronica Munguia, carried 6-0 and the meeting adjourned at 3:42 p.m.
