She also promoted the foundation's fifth annual Picnic in the Parks at Morgan Park in Germantown, noting vendors and sponsors and that the mayor and parks director were scheduled to speak; she agreed to provide a digital flyer and social materials to committee members for promotion. Manili told the committee the foundation has provided "over $3,000,000" to the parks department over the past 10 years and that about $1,000,000 of that was raised in roughly the last 18 months.
