The consent items listed by Welsh included RS 20 26 21 70 through RS 20 26 21 75 — grants for outreach, programming, puppeteer outreach, education and literacy positions, and enhancements and improvements for library operations — and BL 20 26 14 91, an ordinance amending Metro Code to authorize short-term loans to the Parthenon. "Everything being on consent?" Welsh asked, and after a second the committee proceeded; when asked for opposition none was voiced and the consent agenda passed. The committee recorded that no members of the public had signed up to comment on those items.
