Wendy Eaton of County Assistance requested approval of Resolution 2026-680 to classify records and Resolution 2026-681 to destroy records with county assistance. Eaton told the board the resolutions apply to permanent, semi-permanent, temporary and electronic records that have met the retention schedule and are attached to other previously approved resolutions.
Eaton presented the package and asked commissioners to approve both resolutions. The board moved, seconded and recorded ayes; both resolutions passed.
