Notable approvals included a 36-month renewal with Fidium for district-wide hosted voice phone service at a monthly recurring cost of $13,866.30, for a stated total of $499,906.80. The board also approved an Edustaff agreement for substitute services (purchase over $50,000) and authorized an additional scope to the guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for High School CTE renovations in the amount of $38,088 using Bond 2023 funds, as submitted by TELLEPSEN.
Trustees commended staff for their work on the renovation plans during discussion of the CTE change order. The board approved the contracts and change order by unanimous vote. Administration will execute the vendor agreements and proceed with project implementation within approved budgets.
