Keith Taylor of the auditing department asked the board for final approval of a three-year renewal with DebtBook for lease accounting software covering Oct. 2026 through Sept. 2029. He told commissioners the renewal had been previously approved in quote form and that today's action was to approve the final contract. "The renewal is for a 3 year period from, October '26 through September 2029 at an annual cost of 15,000 for a total of 45,000 for the 3 year contract term," Taylor said.
Taylor added the renewal represents a significant reduction from the prior annual cost and is budgeted in the proposed 2027 budget. After a motion and second, the board voted and the contract renewal carried.
