Kelly West of the treasurer's office told the commissioners she was presenting the minimum bids for the county's annual tax-deed auction covering 12 parcels and one surplus county parcel on Hayden Lake. "I'm presenting the minimum bids for our auction this year on the 12 parcels that we recorded the tax deed on," West said, and asked the board to approve the figures included in the meeting packet.
West noted the surplus Hayden Lake parcel is included among the parcels for sale. After questions and a formal motion, the board approved the proposed minimum bids and carried the item by recorded vote.
