Board names Jerald Hinkel to Fayette County appraisal board and approves DAEP MOU with Fayetteville ISD

The Round Top–Carmine ISD Board of Trustees approved a resolution naming Jerald Hinkel to serve on the Fayette County Appraisal District Board of Directors during its called meeting on Aug. 19, 2024. Trustee Michael Sacks moved the resolution and Trustee Al Gross seconded; the minutes state the motion carried.
The board also approved a memorandum of understanding with Fayetteville ISD for the provision of DAEP (disciplinary alternative education program) services to Round Top–Carmine ISD students. Trustee Clint Eilers moved the MOU approval and Trustee Michael Sacks seconded; the minutes record the motion carried. The minutes do not include the MOU’s terms or the duration of the interlocal agreement.
