Citizens Oversight Committee: Measure T funds fully expended and audit finds compliance

The committee reviewed project updates, financial spreadsheets and auditor reports, saying the performance audit "determined with reasonable assurance that the expenditures charged to the building fund have been made in accordance with the bond project and approved by voters." Committee members noted that some Measure T work — including field improvements at Alvey Stadium — remains under construction and that sites are leveraging grants and other revenue to complete remaining projects. Paul Ziegler and the committee recommended continued public reporting via the district website and that the board accept the committee's final report.
