Board elects Christy Knight president, Ryan Williams vice president and David Vincent clerk

"I would just like to start off by saying thank you to my fellow board members for their trust in me, and I look forward to serving as board president for this year," said Christy Knight after being elected. The superintendent then handled the procedural appointments that follow the elections, including appointing the superintendent as executive secretary to the board and selecting a board stenographer.
The elections followed brief public remarks encouraging continuity in a rotating presidency and a statement from community members favoring the long-standing rotation process.
