The Woodland Park Board of Education approved the October financial reports, transfers and a bill list totaling $554,672.31 (Bill List #67: $507,079.64; #L67: $47,592.67) by consent motion on Dec. 9. The motion passed on a roll call vote: 9 YES.
Business Administrator Dwayne Ortiz told the board the audit is nearly finished and that the audit report will probably be presented in January as staff continue working on the next fiscal year’s budget. The approved bill list was certified as being reviewed by finance committee chairperson MaryAnn Perro.
The consent agenda also included transfers for October and the routine Secretary/Treasurer reports. No board member requested the finance items be pulled for separate discussion at the meeting.
