City seeks MoDOT to add Lions Park Crossing to Route 33 resurfacing; private donation offsets cost

Daniel said the project is more complex because MoDOT's construction standards exceed the city's minimums. She estimated the total project cost at about $80,000 and noted the project received a private donation from an adjacent property owner to help cover construction costs. Committee members expressed frustration with MoDOT delays on a related Hall Park stormwater inlet permit and described MoDOT coordination as challenging.
