CFO Marisa Cuevas presented the district’s combined funds recap for the month ending Sept. 30, 2025, detailing revenues, expenditures and investment balances.
The packet lists total revenues of $18,846,152.47 (with approximately 11.94% realized) and total expenditures of $19,043,399.47 (26.72% expended year-to-date). The Construction, General Operating, Special Revenue and Interest & Sinking funds were each presented with fund-level realizations and encumbrance details. On cash and investments, the district reported total cash and investment holdings of $7,370,891.62 and cumulative Texpool interest earned year-to-date of $67,794.66.
Cuevas’ report also included schedule-level detail (monthly investment report, tax collections, check registers and capital-project expenditures). The tax collections summary shows year-to-date activity for M&O and I&S delinquent receipts through Sept. 30, 2025. The board accepted the financial reports as part of the superintendent reports; these items were included as information in the meeting packet.
