County approves 2026 retiree Silver healthcare plan; monthly premium to rise $33.45

Ms. Hedinger, who presented the item, said the Silver post-65 plan is administered through Transamerica for medical coverage and M& G Insurance for retiree Rx and that the benefit is fully funded by retirees.
Ms. Hedinger told the court the recommended action is to renew the current plan and noted a $33.45-per-month premium increase that will take effect Jan. 1, 2026. Commissioners voted to approve the renewal on a voice vote with no recorded roll-call in the transcript.
