Staff: Harvest project outreach continues; study session may precede Jan. 14 meeting

Community Development Director Raffy Boylan told the commission that the Harvest project applicant has been and will be hosting public outreach meetings (including at the senior center) and that the city expects to hold a study session on the project before the planning commission’s regular January 14, 2025 meeting.
Boylan offered contact information for residents who want email updates and said that once revised materials arrive, the city will publish them on the city website; he also provided the developer’s project email address. The director framed the upcoming meetings as an opportunity to receive community input before formal hearings.
