City manager: Brian's Way traffic plan submitted; work scheduling under way

The city manager said the traffic plan "has been submitted to public works by engineering last week, and we are now scheduling the work materials materials are all in hand." Councilmembers said they look forward to updates to share with neighborhood residents.
