Ben Amador moved, and Joshua Bright seconded, the motion to register "No Opposition." The board recorded ayes from Amador, Bright, Crettenden, Duncan, Guerra, Jenkins and Mueller; no members voted against the motion. The minutes state that "No one signed up to address the Board" before the vote.
