Lake Como council adopts CY2025 budget after public hearing with no comment

The Borough of Lake Como Mayor and Council adopted the CY2025 municipal budget on July 1, 2025, passing Resolution 2025-103. The motion to adopt was offered by Councilman Douglas Witte and seconded by Councilwoman Hawley Scull; the roll-call vote recorded Yes from Councilmembers Witte, Scull, Nicholas DeMauro, Peter Ventrice and Heather Albala-Doyle. Councilman Christopher D'Antuono was absent.
There was a public hearing on a budget amendment immediately before the adoption; "No public comments" were recorded during the hearing. The council did not reference additional amendments on the record. The meeting notice stated the next regular meeting will be held July 15, 2025 at 7:30 p.m.
