Trustees review budget figures: $4.08 million estimate and open questions on consultant fees

A staff member recapped earlier planning numbers and the current estimate: "We had a budget of 3,000,000 for the admin and 1.2 the restrooms...it's $4,080,312," the presenter said. The presenter also noted a $45,000 technology requirement and an item of about $150,000 for furniture that would be reviewed in detail at the next meeting.
Board members asked whether consultant fees for TMP and civil engineering were included; staff said Gallagher would pay TMP and be reimbursed by the district in one model, but that one line item may not yet be shown in the packet. Staff committed to double-check an estimated $75,000 line mentioned in email correspondence and to bring final numbers forward at the May 18 meeting.
