Miss Greer reports $26.04 million in nonrecurring balances; tax collections near budgeted targets

Greer also reported that maintenance-and-operations tax revenue was 99.69% of budget and described changes in debt-service and bond accounts. Trustees asked no substantive questions and moved on to enrollment and principal reports.
