Robinson ISD board approves consent agenda including financial reports and ESL end-of-year report

The Robinson ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved the consent agenda at its Oct. 21, 2024, regular meeting. The consent items included the Sept. 16 minutes; monthly financial reports and list of bills; cash flow and budget summaries; enrollment data; key budget items; energy/electricity reports; board continuing credit status; district and campus improvement plans; the ESL program 2023–24 end-of-year report; School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) members; and the maintenance and grounds report.
Jeff Strain moved to approve the consent agenda and Alicia Williams seconded; the motion carried unanimously. The consent vote bundles routine administrative and reporting items for the board's record and enables staff to continue operational work without separate discussion of each item.
Board members present were Justin Wiese, Keith Helpert, Alicia Williams, Jeff Strain, Jabo Rubin and Karrie Crosby; Yolanda Rollins was absent.
