The motion was made by Commissioner Warren Strandell, seconded by Commissioner Gary Willhite, and adopted by unanimous vote. The board recorded this as an acknowledgment of Wilkin County’s commitment to cover evaluation costs; no formal commitment to alter district membership was made by Polk County at this time.
