Polk County names engineer for CD30 work and sets process for County Ditch No. 70 abandonment hearing

Separately, acting as the drainage authority for County Ditch No. 70, the Board authorized Richard Sanders to set the Partial Abandonment Hearing date after coordinating with the Polk County Board and legal counsel Rinke Noonan, based on the petition received. The authorization was made by motion of Commissioner Ross Pape, seconded by Commissioner Warren Strandell, and adopted by unanimous vote.
