Karen Warmack, Polk County Social Services Director, asked the board to approve two contract amendments on July 21, 2026, to realign existing 2026 Adult Mental Health Initiative (AMHI) and Community Support Plan (CSP) funds to different service codes. The amendment with Alluma leaves the total contract amounts unchanged at $431,080 for CSP services and $718,536 for AMHI services, and is intended to realign funding within the current budget to ensure services continue to meet client needs. The Sanford amendment reallocates existing 2026 AMHI funds while maintaining the total contract amount at $336,073.
The Board recorded each motion as adopted unanimously. These adjustments are reallocations within the current fiscal year budget and do not increase the total contract amounts.
