Daphne, a licensing and background-checks representative, said the division had no additional licensing updates beyond alignment work with service-review teams but described recent DAX process updates and available training. "That training is available on the website and in DAX," she said, and noted the division will provide a form for programs to complete.
Daphne clarified which staff must complete background checks under statute: anyone with direct access to clients—defined to include physical or personal contact, hearing, or access to client records such as personally identifiable or financial information—must complete the background check requirement.
