The committee discussed multiple warrant items: a possible Community Impact Fee, amendments to the Town Administrator bylaw (with the reminder that bylaws can be amended only by Town Meeting), and changes to the short-term rental zoning bylaw. The committee agreed that Town Meeting was not the right forum for some items and urged direct negotiations among parties before public debate. The minutes also recorded objections to using CPC/CPA funds for the "Little Lady" project unless spending is restricted to Tisbury historic projects.
The revised Voter Guide was to be resent to members for final review prior to posting.
