FinCom recommends $12 million water storage tank replacement; two members oppose

Russ Hartenstine moved to recommend the water tank replacement; Alex Meleney seconded. The motion passed 5–2 with Rachel Orr and Ruth Konigsberg recorded as voting Nay and the remaining five members recorded as Aye.
