Council approves Windsor Township field rental, new rec fees and names new recreation commissioner

Parks & Recreation business at the Dec. 9 meeting included approval for Windsor Township to rent Nitchkey Field for $1,000 per season provided Windsor Township conducts maintenance (aeration, seeding, lining and dragging) except mowing. The motion passed unanimously.
Council adopted Resolution 2024-19 to set the 2025 Recreation Fee Schedule. Council also appointed Mike Chrzanowski (349 Country Club Rd.) to the Recreation Commission for a term ending Dec. 31, 2029.
Council discussed but tabled the Advantage Security camera agreement for Nitchkey Field until January to allow staff to meet with the vendor and solicitor for further review.
