Council flags urgent repairs at community building, approves chassis truck purchase

Separately, Council approved the purchase of a leftover 2024 chassis truck with plow and accessories through COSTARS, not to exceed $100,000, to support winter operations and public-works functions. The motion to proceed with the purchase passed unanimously.
Council asked public-works staff to gather additional photos and cost estimates and to prioritize the Community Building roof/chimney because the building is frequently rented.
