Silsbee ISD board accepts immediate resignation of President Janis Holt; vice president to assume role

Trustee James de Garavilla moved to accept the resignation; Trustee Dana Hancock seconded the motion and the board recorded the vote as unanimous. The minutes reference Board Policy BDAA, which states that Vice President Derrell Ferguson automatically becomes President if a vacancy occurs in that office.
