Sinton ISD board approves consent agenda, signs off on $938,466 construction pay application and other invoices

The consent items included: Bartlett Cocke General Contractors Pay App #31 for $938,466.08 (Package 2 work for the new high school, multipurpose building, and Smith Middle School renovations), Direct Energy Business Corp. invoice for $74,552.80 covering electricity from Sept. 5 to Oct. 3, 2024, and an Intech Southwest Solutions invoice for $65,160.00 for technology equipment at Sinton High School. The monthly investment report attached to the consent materials showed approximately $63.3 million in district investments for November 2024.
