Planning Commission votes to recommend City Council review RBD plan and EIR; Council hearing set for Dec. 3

The commission’s action transmits the EIR, redline materials and public comments to the Council for final consideration. Several commissioners and public speakers noted they would like Council to consider additional details on feasibility, implementation of TDM penalties, remediation notification language and workforce provisions during Council review.
