The minutes record that Jeff Tracy of Lockport Planning & Zoning informed the council on Oct. 11 that the Planning Board determined to recommend the request to the council. Resolution 102324.11 approves the permit subject to standard conditions, including termination on sale or transfer of the property or abandonment of the permitted use for more than one year. The resolution was moved by Alderman Fogle, seconded by Alderman Kirchberger and adopted Ayes 5.
The hearing record shows the Mayor recessed for public input and then closed the public hearing; no petitions or communications opposing the permit are recorded in the minutes.
