Resolution 102324.5, moved by Alderman Mullane and seconded by Alderman Fogle, lists $177,981.00 in refuse charges and $14,895.00 in relevy late fees for a total of $192,876.00. The resolution states the amounts shall be part of the annual tax against the parcels and subject to provisions of the City Charter. The motion was adopted Ayes 5.
The action follows a public hearing held earlier in the meeting to consider re-levy of delinquent accounts under section 155-7 A (Solid Waste) of Chapter 158 of the City Code.
