The Central A&M Board ratified several vendor and service agreements. The Board approved ratification of a vendor contract with Custofoam for work done in August 2025 (sections 10 and 11 at Central A&M High School) in the amount of $146,024. The motion was moved by Rutan, seconded by Just, and passed unanimously.
The board also approved a vendor contract with InterState studio through the 2028-2029 school year and a one-year extension of ParentSquare communication services. In addition, the Board authorized purchase of a new Gregory Intermediate copy machine and gave the Superintendent authority to sign a non-appropriation agreement with Watts. All items passed by unanimous roll-call vote.
