Board delegates award for elementary roof, drainage and HVAC project pending DSA approval

The St. Helena Unified School District Board authorized staff to proceed with awarding an amendment for the elementary school roof, drainage and HVAC project and approved professional inspection services required by the Division of the State Architect (DSA).
Trustee Jeanmarie Wolf moved to delegate authority to the superintendent to award Total Base Rent Amendment #1 to Holly Construction once DSA approves the project. The board also approved a professional services agreement with Stocksdale Inspection Services for DSA-required inspection on the same project. All motions carried unanimously.
