At the Nov. 13 board meeting Vice President Lisa Pelosi asked that Item 10.K, Personnel Register #25-4, be removed from the consent agenda and recused herself from the vote because her son appears on the personnel register. Pelosi stated she had no financial interest but elected to abstain as required by law.
The Governing Board approved the personnel register in a motion by Trustee Shawn Moura, seconded by Trustee Jeanmarie Wolf; the minutes note Pelosi was not present at the time of the vote. The minutes do not specify the entries on the personnel register or the personnel actions approved.
