The motion was made by Trustee Shawn Moura and seconded by Trustee Jeanmarie Wolf; the vote was recorded as aye by Trustees Jeannie Kerr, Lisa Pelosi, Shawn Moura and Jeanmarie Wolf.
The action formally finds Holly Construction the best-value contractor for the project and authorizes district staff to execute the lease–leaseback agreement and associated documents. The board recorded the motion as carrying unanimously among voting members present.
