The Saint Helena Unified Board of Trustees held its annual organizational meeting Dec. 11, 2025, electing Trustee Laura Symon as board president. Trustee Shawn Moura nominated Symon; the motion was moved by Jeannie Kerr and seconded by Jeanmarie Wolf. The board voted in favor: Jeannie Kerr, Lisa Pelosi, Shawn Moura and Jeanmarie Wolf.
Trustee Shawn Moura was elected board vice president after a nomination by Trustee Lisa Pelosi; the motion to appoint Moura passed with the same four aye votes. Trustee Jeanmarie Wolf was elected board clerk after being nominated by Trustee Jeannie Kerr and affirmed by a board vote. The board also reviewed and approved its sequence of meeting topics for 2026 and adopted the 2026 meeting calendar.
