The Saint Helena Unified School District Governing Board voted Nov. 13, 2025 to approve E-Rate applications covering Category One (broadband and internet services) and Category Two (internal connections). The motion was made by Trustee Jeanmarie Wolf and seconded by Trustee Shawn Moura.
