The board recorded the decision as a motion by Trustee Lisa Pelosi, seconded by Trustee Shawn Moura, and the motion carried with all five trustees voting aye.
The district reported it has submitted the increased cost to the North Bay Schools Insurance Authority for potential reimbursement. The board did not specify a net district budget impact in the meeting minutes.
