CDD schedules follow-up inspections as ESF begins vegetation removal at NWRA 33

Earlier in the meeting Ms. Lonergan noted a partially dead oak reported behind 18906 Rolling Hills Loop; Mr. Heath's initial inspection concluded that the tree sits on another resident's property behind 11906 Heritage Pointe Drive and not within CDD-owned easements, but he will inspect the area again. The Board discussed trees in the dry retention area and pond maintenance items slated for May (spatterdock reductions in Lakes 33 and 36).
